We are delighted to be working with Whitehaven’s coastal community in relation to their remarkable vision to develop a truly unique multi-purpose Coastal Activities Centre. The new building provides hotel and hospitality space, changing facilities for local water sports clubs and arts space for wider community use.

Phase one slipway has now been completed.

UPDATE:

Work on site is underway with the steel frame largely complete and concreting of the ground, first, and second floors due to take place week commencing 21^st November 2022.

Following this, the next big push in early December will be to install the insulated carrier panels to the frame, with the installation of the first of the distinctive zinc cladding external skin and windows taking place in the New Year.
