We are able to deliver planning approvals in sensitive locations. The Jocelyn Square development has emerged from a challenging planning context to offer contemporary student accommodation.

The design aims to respond to its context and reinforce the material qualities of the surrounding buildings, particularly the adjacent tenement building. The area’s established street pattern is maintained and the building lines and scales of the surrounding urban context are respected.

The form of the building modulates between the pedestrian scale of Jocelyn Square and presents a strong elevation on Bridge Gate, a key route from the city centre.
